The coated steel sheet we make into our roof cladding are produced in accordance with a strict series of quality standards by leading suppliers, giving us traceability and quality control. The durability of this roof cladding material is dependent on the galvanised and protective coatings applied to roofing substrate and fenicing substrate. As a roofing sheets material, steel has long been used in building and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our high quality pre-coated roof cladding sheets, a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to the zinc-coated high tensile steel strip and then oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives roofing sheets with excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and a strong structure.

304 Stainless Steel is the most widely used of the austenitic (chromium/nickel) stainless steels. In the annealed condition it is essentially non-magnetic and becomes slightly magnetic with the application of cold work. Type 304L Stainless Steel is preferred in welding applications to exclude the formation of chromium carbides during cooling in the heat affected region of the weld. These alloys represent an excellent combination of corrosion resistance and fabricability.

Non oriented electrical steel present excellent magnetic properties in all directions, being a perfect material for various applications, such as electrical motors and compressors. High permeability grades has a higher magnetic induction guaranteed value when compared to regular NGO.

Pre-paint steel is a bare metal substrate or corrosion resistant substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish. The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process. Depending on product specifications, one or both sides may then be primed and coated, oven cured and rewound.

Mild Steel Plate is a structural quality steel plate used for a large variety of general construction and industrial applications. A type of carbon steel that contains a low level of carbon, otherwise known as low carbon steel, mild steel contains roughly between 0.05% and 0.25% of carbon by weight. It is not an alloy steel, therefore it does not contain large amounts of anything other than iron and ferrite.

409 Stainless Steel is a stabilized ferritic stainless steel that provides improved oxidation and corrosion resistance compared to carbon steel. Ease of fabrication combined with its corrosion resistance and economy have significantly broadened its utilization in automotive exhaust and other non-automotive applications. ASTM A240 defines three (3) sub categories of Type 409 stainless steel; UNS S40910, UNS S40920 and UNS S40930. Each of these designations has a slightly different Ti or Nb stabilization requirement. Each of these compositions can be supplied as UNS S40900 unless the purchaser specifically identifies a specific composition. It is produced with enhanced formability characteristics known as “High Performance” or “Ultra Form” in the industry.

Pre-painted galvanized steel combines utility with beauty. It consists of tin, chrome, zinc or paint, which are the extra finish applied to the natural steel surface. The application of coating is to protect the surface of steel from oxidation and it is also used to enhance requirements for visual appearance.
